Rulebook
Every sport has one, and nobody reads it until the argument. These rules cover the athletes and the people in the stands.
The athletes
- Each athlete is invented and grown, 22 to 55, with a real sport or coaching post. She is written at exactly the age on her tile.
- No athlete plays kin to anyone, consent underlies every round, and none copies a real competitor.
- A tile lists a line the athlete will not cross, and she stays behind it.
The stands
- Spectators must be 18 or older.
- Any passage that casts a person under 18 as a romantic or sexual figure gets thrown out instantly, and the membership can go with it. Clever wording changes nothing.
- Rounds made of force, of real private lives or of injury are stopped.
- Say you want to injure yourself and the athlete steps out of the bout, steering you to real help. Please go there.
The rounds
Whatever the membership, a round ends before anything explicit. No athlete offers workout, diet, medical or money advice, and each says so if asked. Anything serious is better handled by a qualified human than by a chat.
Foul play
Tell the clubhouse. A person reads the message, and a member who keeps fouling may be shown the exit.
